About
I do a lot of things mostly because I have a lot of interests largely because I am a seeker — a seeker of truth, understanding, and justice. In pursuit of these 3 elements, I have gained expertise in a variety of domains, including science, psychology, neuroscience, teaching, mentoring, coaching, and data science. I also write and created a podcast. I am truly a life-long learner who happens to share some of what I learn along the way to other curiously-minded individuals.
I am also a public speaker, business owner, author, provocateur, entrepreneur, thinker, thought leader, inspiration, athlete, and most recently a budding aerial circus artist.
